She is currently in the studio with master musician and producer Ted Perlman recording new songs from Burt Bachrach and Desmond Child, plus a song written by Gloria and her son, Robin Thicke.

Gloria is featured on Jimmy Sommers' elegant new CD, Time Stands Still. Her version of Fever, accompanied by Sommer's lyrical sax, elicited high prasie from Allmusic.com, "Gloria Loring's sly, playful, and swinging interaction with Sommers on "Fever" (does) Peggy Lee proud,"

Gloria is currently working on three children's books, and has completed her spiritual autobiography, Coincidence Is God's Way of Remaining Anonymous.

Gloria newest performance vehicle is TV Tunez Tonight. The press release begins - Well known for three television theme songs, singer-actress Gloria Loring, in association with Maybe It’s Today Productions, has created a new stage show celebrating television’s best theme songs, TV Tunez Tonight. The idea for the musical was inspired by Outrageous YouTube videos of fans lip-syncing Loring’s “Facts Of Life” along with Google chat rooms frequented by theme song enthusiasts.  

Loring is uniquely qualified to headline this performance vehicle: She is the voice and co-writer of the “Facts Of Life” theme, as well as co-writer of the theme for “Diff’rent Strokes.” While playing “Liz Chandler” on “Days of Our Lives”, Loring premiered “Friends and Lovers” which shot to #1 on the charts. Loring is also responsible for introducing several love themes for “Days” characters.
